About Masterstroke Swimming
Where Swimming Excellence Begins
Trish Tulley has been coaching swimming for primary and secondary school students in the Western Suburbs of Brisbane for past 15 years. She led the extracurricular swimming program at Nudgee Junior College from 2009 to 2014 before transitioning to Kenmore State School.
Throughout her career, Trish has created a swimming efficiency program designed to enhance children's abilities as streamlined swimmers.
The Streamline Program emphasizes quality over; it's not about swimming endless laps, but rather improving each child's efficiency in the water. This skill can also benefit them in water sports like water polo, and becoming a confident swimmer positively impacts their social interactions.
Our Streamline Program concentrates on the following swimming aspects:
-
Body position in the water
-
Kicking and breathing techniques
-
Turning and diving techniques
-
Stroke Correction
Every child will develop these skills at different speeds. With patience and persistence every child can be a more efficient swimmer. This is our goal at Masterstroke Swimming.
