Building on the foundations laid down in mini squad we focus on 'keeping shape' in the water while increasing our speed and strength. We recommend that our advanced squad swimmers come three times a week for maximum effectiveness. Yellow Level: For confident swimmers who can swim 25 metres of freestyle and backstroke without stopping. This level focuses on building endurance, refining technique, and developing racing skills such as starts, finishes, and turns.
